Overview: The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC/GRE) is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a patient’s care during their stay in the hospital and ensuring a smooth transition through various stages of care. The PCC/GRE acts as a liaison between patients, families, medical staff, and other hospital departments to ensure patient needs are met efficiently, empathetically, and in alignment with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital departments to resolve issues and enhance patient experience.
  • Promptly address patient concerns and complaints and escalate issues whenever necessary.
  • Educate patients and their family members about hospital procedures, scope of services, patient’s rights, and responsibilities.
  • Manage patient queues to minimize waiting time and ensure smooth, efficient delivery of care.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing patient flow and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery on the hospital floor.
  • Provide support in hospital administration tasks such as appointment scheduling, registration.
  • Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction by providing attentive, professional, and compassionate service in every interaction.
  • Support the communication between healthcare providers and patients to facilitate proper care and follow-up.
  • Monitor and report any issues related to hospital operations to the senior management promptly.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with patients to maintain optimal discharge turnaround time and obtain feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Visiting the patient room for the feedback about the services, behavior of staff, and quality of food being provided, apart from that always ensure to maintain hygiene on the floor to avoid any hospital acquired infection.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation in any stream with minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient services or clinical coordination.
  • Hospital/Hospitality degree/diploma/relevant educational qualification will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Empathy, patience, and customer-service orientation.
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols, patient rights, and safety standards.

Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for our upcoming state-of-the-art hospital. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building the hospital's brand presence, driving patient engagement, and ensuring alignment between marketing goals and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive patient acquisition.
    • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and other media platforms to promote hospital services and specialties.
    • Create and manage annual marketing calendars aligned with hospital milestones and service launches.
    • Continuously monitor market trends, patient demographics, and competitor activities to refine positioning and offerings.
    • Conduct research and data analysis to support strategy development and performance evaluation.
    • Strategize and execute marketing initiatives across various domains—domestic, international, corporate, and medical tourism—to enhance hospital visibility and patient inflow.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing:
    • Oversee content creation and community management across all social media channels.
    • Manage SEO/SEM, website development, email marketing, and online reputation to maximize visibility.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and patient conversion metrics.
  • Public Relations & Community Engagement:
    • Act as a liaison between the hospital, media agencies, and public stakeholders to promote a positive brand image.
    • Plan and manage events, health camps, and CSR activities to increase local engagement.
    • Build and nurture relationships with media houses, influencers, and healthcare journalists.
  • Leadership & Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with clinical departments and management to align marketing efforts with hospital goals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing needs for new departments, doctors, or technologies.
    • Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and service providers to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Track and analyse the ROI of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
    • Review the effectiveness of past marketing efforts and assess the potential of new strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Hospital Empanelment & Insurance Coordination:
    • Drive the empanelment of the hospital with TPAs, ECHS, CGHS, etc and other government and corporate health schemes to expand patient access.
    • Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), insurance companies, and government health bodies.
    • Ensure timely empanelment, renewals, and efficient management of cashless and reimbursement services.
    • Coordinate with billing, front office, and clinical departments for smooth handling of pre-authorizations, approvals, and claim settlements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospital services.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand building, and public relations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Overview: AGM/ DGM – Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of departments including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, support services, and facilities.

  • Training in leadership, quality assurance, or healthcare management is desirable.
  • Experience with hospital quality standards, Vendor audits, and policy implementation.
  • Familiarity with hospital accreditation (NABH/NBL/JCI) procedures and compliance requirements.

Overview: The Fire Officer is responsible for ensuring fire safety across the hospital premises. This includes the implementation of fire prevention measures, maintenance of firefighting equipment, training of staff in fire safety protocols, and coordinating emergency response during fire-related incidents.

Overview: The Assistant Manager Biomedical Engineering (BME) is responsible for ensuring operational continuity and functional safety of medical equipment. The role demands, coordination with clinical departments, and timely escalation of technical issues. Assistant Manager oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor service performance, equipment documentation, and supports audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Manage equipment in high-risk areas like ICUs, Operation Theatres, Emergency Department, and Cath Lab.
  • Oversee all biomedical assets used in OPDs, Diagnostics, general wards, patient rooms, and specialty clinics.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and readiness checks within the allocated zones.
  • Ensure that all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is executed as per schedule by internal staff or service providers.
  • Supervise the timely resolution of breakdown calls, with attention to critical life-saving devices.
  • Validate maintenance records, logbooks, and calibration status for all equipment.

  • Escalate unresolved breakdowns or repeated equipment failures requiring managerial intervention.

Qualification & Experience:
