Overview:

The Manager (IT) – ERP will oversee the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the hospital’s ERP system covering finance, HR, procurement, inventory, asset management, maintenance, and other non-clinical modules. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring back-end operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation across modules such as Finance, Human resource management system, Supply chain management, Inventory, Maintenance, and Admin workflows.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other stakeholders to define business needs and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors and internal teams to manage configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Monitor ERP system performance and address technical and functional issues.
• Ensure integration between ERP and HIS, biometric systems, asset tracking, etc.
• Prepare user guides and SOPs; support training and capacity building for staff.
• Manage change requests, upgrades, and patch deployments in coordination with vendor.
• Ensure compliance with financial audit and internal controls requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA or equivalent.
• 7–9 years of experience (minimum 5 years in ERP implementation/management, preferably in hospital sector)
• ERP certification (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with healthcare ERP implementations highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of finance, HR, procurement, and inventory business processes.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of integration with HIS and regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
