Vinay is a Chartered Accountant with around 25 years of robust experience in finance operations , business strategies , operational excellence , budgeting and forecasting , risk management and compliance , legal, merger and acquisition , IPO and funding , investor relations , supply chain and procurement and process automations in Indian and International environment.

As a scholar and merit holder he has been honoured with several accolade during his academic span . Similarly for his achievements and unmatchable contributions across different corporate sectors he has been awarded with several awards during his professional carrier as well . Vinay has been honoured as Most Impactful Finance Leader 2022, Great Indian CFO Leader 2024 and Best Finance Leader 2024.

All through his professional voyage Vinay has worked with various best in class multinational companies like Coca Cola , Tata Teleservices , NIIT Group , EXL and Nokia Venture . He worked as a core member of top executive and strategic leadership team in the roles of Director and Group CFO , Deputy CEO and Board Member not only for India but across several overseas geographies.

He has been associated with a variety of critical projects in his assignments with top MNCs, and has an in-depth knowledge and experience in formulation and execution of business strategies , financial planning and analysis , budgeting, forecasting ,risk management, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain and procurement , international tax, treasury , legal & statutory compliance , funding and IPO , investor relations , IND AS , US GAAP and International Financial Reporting System . He is passionate about fostering a culture of financial accountability and driving sustainable growth for the organization.

In his previous stints Vinay has been instrumental in driving and delivering the robust business and financial growth for various organization . He has steered significant revenue growth , managed substantial cost control and cost savings projects and has extensive experience in developing & tracking key business drivers to assist business growth and profit improvement measures . Raised significant funds through various modes and scaled organizations expansions massively to different countries including India . He has vast experience of achieving the excellence through process automations, building and managing a high performing teams and always ensured to achieve the organizational goals.

Prior to join SNHC he worked as Director and Group CFO of Singapore Headquartered Innovis Group - Ex Nokia venture as a core member of top leadership team and as a board member. He was heading the finance operations , risk management and compliance and business strategies for 23 countries in APAC , AFRICA , US and ME where he played a crucial role in shaping growth strategies , executing major expansion plans and anchored the massive growth and scalability.
