Job Overview: Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services by developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance programs aligned with the regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and establish a hospital’s policies, procedures, and standards for quality assurance and improvement based on regulatory standards of NABH/JCI.
• Making sure the healthcare facility adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to patient safety, infection control, and documentation. 
• Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures of NABH/JCI.
• Coordinating and leading the accreditation process for the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with standards set by accrediting bodies. 
• Act as a link between hospital and NABH/JCI for accreditation process
• Training of hospital staff for NABH/JCI and other hospital wide audits
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting audits, and analyzing data to identify areas where quality can be improved. 
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety throughout the organization by educating staff and promoting best practices. 
• Investigating quality-related incidents, complaints, and grievances, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
• Supervising and mentoring the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks. 
• Any other responsibility assigned.

Qualifications:

• Full time PG Degree in Hospital Administration
• 7+ years of experience in the field of Hospital quality management
• Should be well versed with NABH/JCI standards
• Individuals possessing Certifications in Healthcare Quality would be preferred
