Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Onboard new employees, ensuring that they are well-integrated into the organization and provided with the necessary training and resources.
• Provide support to the HR team in various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
• Support performance management processes by assisting in appraisals, feedback sessions, and training programs.

Requirements:

• MBA/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Experience of using various job portals and other platforms to source candidates.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
