Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of experience in facilities management or engineering, with at least 8-10 years’ experience in a more than 200 bedded hospital.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and large-scale facility projects.
• Expertise in engineering standards w.r.t. NABH/ JCI guidelines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in facility management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Onboard and manage third-party nursing recruitment and staffing agencies
  • Ensure agencies adhere to compliance and service level standards
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, and performance of partnered agencies
• Campus Recruitment:
  • Build and maintain relationships with nursing colleges and institutions
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment drives for nursing graduates
• Staff Scheduling and Rostering:
  • Assist in the preparation of rosters to ensure adequate nursing coverage
  • Coordinate with departments to manage shift allocations and resolve conflicts
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave planning for optimal workforce utilization
• Training and Development:
  • Organize onboarding and induction sessions for new nursing staff
  • Plan ongoing training, workshops, and certifications in coordination with clinical educators

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Nursing Professional (B.Sc./ M.Sc. Nursing) OR MBA-HR / MBA or equivalent with proven experience in recruitment of nursing staff
• Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment of nursing staff (preferably in 200+ bedded hospital)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
